Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

My Fit is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@myfit.studio. The legal operating entity and any additional contact details will be published here before public launch.

2. Information we handle

My Fit handles your account email and account metadata. Depending on the features you use, your account may also contain your profile name, model preference, measurements, body type, units, theme, onboarding status, AI-photo consent record, wardrobe details, fit records, photos, and generated previews. The app may keep temporary image copies on your device to display or use your cloud images.

3. How we use information

We use account information to create and secure your account and profile information to configure the app. When you request an AI generation, selected clothing images, relevant profile details, and your prompt are sent through the My Fit backend to the AI provider selected for that feature. For fit previews, your selfie is used only if you have added one; otherwise, the app uses a sample model. Generated results can be saved to your account.

4. Photos and AI processing

Uploading a selfie is optional. If you choose to upload one, it is stored with your account and may be sent to the selected AI provider when you request a fit preview. Wardrobe images are stored in your account and may be sent to an AI provider when needed for a generation you request. AI providers process the request and images under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Generated images are estimates and may not accurately show fit, fabric, color, or appearance.

5. Storage and service providers

Supabase provides account authentication, database, and private image storage. The Supabase project’s primary region is Frankfurt, Germany; this does not mean every service-provider operation necessarily remains in that region. The My Fit API is hosted by Render. AI requests may be processed by Google, OpenAI, or xAI, depending on the provider selected for a feature. RevenueCat and Google Play process and verify in-app credit-pack transactions. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

My Fit records operational generation details, such as provider, model, outcome, and cost, to operate the service and manage AI usage. We do not use your wardrobe or selfie photos to advertise third-party products.

6. Retention and account deletion

Your account information and cloud images remain stored until you remove them or delete your account, subject to limited retention needed for security, billing, or legal obligations. You can delete your account in the app Profile controls or use the external account-deletion request page.

If you do not successfully sign in for 365 days, we will email the address on your account seven days before scheduled deletion. Sign in during the notice period to cancel deletion and reset the inactivity period. If you do not sign in before the notice period ends, we will delete your account and associated personal account data, including your profile, wardrobe, fits, photos, and generated previews.

We may retain de-identified operational AI records after removing account and request identifiers, prompts and model responses, feedback comments, and identifying failure details; event dates are reduced to month-level. Limited records may also be retained where needed for security, billing, or legal obligations.

7. Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to use AI generation features and whether to upload a selfie. You can remove your selfie, edit profile details, and delete your account from Profile. For requests to access, correct, or delete account information, email support@myfit.studio. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will provide notice of material changes where required. The date at the top of the page shows when this version was last updated.
